TWO-YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS
- All the products commercialized by Facileds have two years of guarantee, by defects of manufacture or failure of the product attributable to the quality, never by other people's causes, as they can be surges or bad manipulation of the same ones.
- Facileds guarantees 100% the delivery of your order and remember that if you are not satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will refund your money.
RETURNS
All the products that are sent from our store www.facileds.com are checked to verify its correct operation and to avoid inconveniences to both parts. But we are aware that there may be incidents upon receipt of the items purchased, and for these cases, we provide instructions for the return of them.
Items damaged in transport:
You can return the products purchased within 48 hours of receiving them, in case they have any damage caused during transport.
To do so, you must follow the following steps:
- Send us an e-mail to Facileds informing that you are going to return the article and the reason.
- Once we receive the return request, we will confirm it by sending you a return number.
Important:
Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the package must be reviewed, and if you observe any anomaly, must be noted on the delivery note (broken package, open package, unsealed etc.). And as a rule even not seen anything suspicious in the packaging, Sign: Pending review.
If you do not make any observations upon receipt of the goods, we do not take responsibility for the problems of breakage and damage resulting from handling in transport.
If the damage is due to misuse attributable to the customer, this will cause loss of warranty.
Communicate us your telephone number in the mails you send us for the return, in order to speed up and keep you informed of the procedures followed.
Returned items must be received in their original packaging.
No returns will be accepted for reasons attributable to errors made by the customer.
CHANGES AND RETURNS FOR REASONS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO TRANSPORT DAMAGE.
- In these cases we admit the return or change of the articles bought in our web, as long as they are made within 15 days after their reception.
- The transport costs are paid by the buyer.
