Recessed Aluminium LED Strip Profile for Drywall / Plasterboard

Recessed aluminum profile designed for direct integration into plasterboard and drywall. Its rectangular shape with lateral anchoring wings allows for full recessing into ceilings and walls, remaining completely flush after the final finish. This system provides an architectural lighting result with no visible frame, known as a trimless finish.

Compatibility with 12V, 24V, and 220V LED strips up to 20 mm wide

The profile supports the installation of LED strips with a maximum width of 20 mm. It is compatible with 12V and 24V LED strips (except IP65 models) and all 220V LED strips in our catalog. Its design allows for the integration of both rigid and flexible LED strips, adapting to various installation configurations: straight lines, L-junctions, or wall-to-ceiling joints.

Construction, Thermal Dissipation, and Glare Control

Made of aluminum and supplied in 2-meter straight bars, the profile acts as a mechanical support and passive heat sink, promoting light stability and the lifespan of the LED strip. It includes an opaque white PVC diffuser that protects against impacts and handling, while reducing direct luminance and glare, providing homogeneous and comfortable lighting—especially suitable for continuous light lines and indirect lighting. With an IP20 protection rating, it is exclusively intended for indoor installations, protecting against solid particles larger than 12 mm with no water resistance.
